The signature and identity of Place Nationale is a bohemian and fresh spirit vibe that’s captured with every piece. The owners, Dougy and Amanda Butterworth, have spent their summers for the last decade in Antibes, South of France. It’s the place where they source antique lace and hand-embroidered cotton fabrics, and assemble pieces for their beautifully curated collection of impossible to find pieces.
Vintage elements and fabrics such as antique English lace trim, hand-embroidered French cotton, and 70’s tablecloths, make the unique pieces look even more special. In owners words: “The attraction of our pieces lies in the combination of the quality and delicacy of the hand-embroidered fabrics and the ’70s bohemian British shapes that brings it back up to date in style.”
